Refund & Exchange Policy

At Hamna Ehtasham, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where you need assistance with your order. Please review our policy below for refunds and exchanges.

Refunds

Hamna Ehtasham does not offer refunds on products once an order has been placed and delivered.
However, in special cases such as stock unavailability or defective products received, a refund may be processed at our discretion.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock.

  • The product is received in a defective or damaged condition.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at +92 312 600 4345 or via email (if applicable). After inspection and approval, the refund will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges

If you receive a product that is faulty in quality, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for an exchange.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation. If approved, you may choose to receive a replacement product or store credit for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized or altered suits

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products returned after the 48-hour claim period
