Return & Exchange Policy

At Hamna Ehtasham, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you wish to exchange an item, please review the guidelines below carefully.


Eligibility for Exchange

We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or display settings. Exchanges will not be granted for color variation or similar visual differences.


Fabric & Product Details

All additional fabrics or embellishments included with the product are clearly mentioned in the product description on our website.
Any extra fabric or accessories used for photo shoots will not be included unless specifically stated.


Exchange Conditions

  • There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, subject to stock availability.

  • If you wish to exchange for a different product, any price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • We do not offer courier compensation if the customer sends the item back, unless specifically requested by our representative.

  • The replacement process (including pickup and delivery) may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.


Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, no refund will be issued. Instead, store credit will be provided once the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

The current exchange rate will be applied to all international return or exchange transactions.


Defective or Incorrect Items

An exchange will only be processed if Hamna Ehtasham has delivered a defective or incorrect item, and only if the product remains unused and undamaged by the customer.


Unauthorized Purchases

Hamna Ehtasham does not take responsibility for items purchased from unauthorized resellers, individuals, or social media pages.
