Our delivery timelines vary depending on the product category and shipping destination.
Estimated delivery time for each product will be mentioned on the product page and confirmed with your order.

In case of any delays, our team will make every effort to inform you promptly. However, if you do not receive an update, it may be due to inactive or incorrect contact information (email or phone).

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery may extend up to 5–6 additional working days or more in such cases. HeSuits is not responsible for any delay, whether or not prior notice has been given, for both domestic and international orders.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of product and the shipping location. All delivery charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by local authorities or governments outside Pakistan.
